You’ve probably heard of flat rate home listings, but flat rate home buying?  We hadn’t either, but we figured: why not?  Just like selling a home, technology offers new efficiencies for buyers agents as well.  We determine a flat rate buyers agent fee based on your home buying budget and the level of assistance you desire, before we even start looking at homes.  That flat rate is always lower than the standard buyers agent commission.

So, there’s no incentive for an agent to find you a more expensive home, just an incentive to find you the right home.

We find you a house, the seller of that house has a commission amount allocated in their price for a buyers agent. The difference between that amount and the flat rate we determined with you, goes in your pocket.
